By downloading or using YetiX, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Using YetiX

toyon games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YetiX for private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Rewarded advertising

YetiX may offer optional rewarded ads. Watching an ad is never required to access the core game. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and apply only within the current game as described in the app.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve YetiX or meet technical and legal requirements. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or error-free.

Ownership

YetiX, its visual design, code, names, logos, and other content are owned by toyon games or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer and liability

YetiX is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. toyon games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
